DPF India Opportunities Fund is a closed-end investment trust that will invest in a diversified portfolio of securities primarily based in India

To enhance the value of the Trust units primarily through capital appreciation driven by an actively managed, diversified investment portfolio, being securities of:

• Predominantly public issuers that operate in India
• Up to 20% in private issuers operating primarily in India
• Issuers located outside India that are seeking to capitalize on potential commercial and investment opportunities that may be or become available in India

Leverage - the Fund may utilize leverage, including borrowing up to an amount not exceeding 25% of the net asset value of the Fund
Private equity - the Fund may invest up to 20% in private issuers
Distributions - from time to time, the Fund may, at the discretion of the Manager, make distributions to holders of the Trust Units
Currency hedging - the Manager may hedge all or a portion of the Fund’s non-Canadian dollar currency value back to the Canadian dollar
Termination - the Fund does not have a fixed termination date
Liquidity - the Trust Units and Warrants of the Fund trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange
